Notifications & Reports

The portal keeps you informed in two ways: a notification inbox for things that just happened, and scheduled reports that summarize your site on a recurring cadence. This page covers both, plus the preferences that control what reaches you and how.

Open the inbox from Notifications in the portal. The compact dropdown in the top bar is for a quick glance; the full inbox is where you work through larger volumes.

The notification inbox

The inbox lets you page through your notifications and filter them:

  • Page size — from 10 up to 500 per page, for quick triage or a long-form view.
  • Read status — all, unread only, or read only.
  • Inbox scope — all inboxes, notifications direct to you, or your company inbox.

For non-admins, the inbox defaults to your connected company so another company's items (and any personal information in contact submissions) don't mix into your current business context. You can switch scope with the toggle at any time.

You can swipe a notification to acknowledge it, with an undo window in case you change your mind.

Notification preferences

Each person controls their own notifications. For every event type you can independently turn Email and Push on or off, across events such as site requests, resume submissions, contact-form submissions, mailbox messages, content changes, asset changes, membership requests, and system notices.

A few event types appear only when the matching feature is enabled for your site — for example, resume-submission, contact-form, and mailbox notifications show up when those features are on.

Two things to know about delivery:

  • Push is per device. Push notifications require an active browser subscription on each device you want alerted.
  • Delivery windows. You can set windows that control when notifications are delivered, so alerts arrive when you want them.

Scheduled reports

Scheduled reports email a recurring summary of your site. Setting them up is limited to company owners, admins, and managers. For each report you choose a frequency, a day and time, and the recipients, and you can send a test report to your own email to preview it. A report's type is fixed once created — to change type, create a new schedule.

The available report types are:

ReportCadence
Site AnalyticsWeekly or monthly
Contact Form SummaryWeekly or monthly
Revenue SummaryWeekly or monthly
Content PerformanceWeekly or monthly
SEO SummaryMonthly
