Portal Overview

The DCS Portal is your central hub for managing websites on the Duff Cloud Services platform. This guide covers everything you need to know to effectively manage your sites.

Accessing the Portal

Navigate to portal.duffcloudservices.com and sign in. Google sign-in is always available; GitHub sign-in and passkey (WebAuthn) sign-in are also supported, and Microsoft sign-in is offered where enabled. Once you've signed in, you can add a passkey from your account settings for faster sign-ins later.

Dashboard

After signing in, you'll see your dashboard with:

  • Your Sites — Quick access to sites you manage
  • Recent Activity — Latest changes across your sites
  • Pending Requests — Development requests awaiting action
  • Quick Stats — Overview of site performance

The portal is organized into these main sections:

Your Role

Your access level determines what you can do in the portal:

Site Owner/Admin

  • Full access to site content and settings
  • Submit and approve development requests
  • Manage SEO and blog content
  • View analytics

Editor

  • Edit text content and SEO
  • Manage blog posts
  • View analytics
  • Cannot submit development requests

Viewer

  • Read-only access to content
  • View analytics
  • Cannot make changes

1. Text Editing

Update website text in the visual editor without developer intervention. Saved changes are queued and go live with the next deployment.
