Managing Sites
Site management in DCS lives in the portal sidebar, organized into management areas. Here's how to navigate and use it effectively.
Accessing a Site
Sign in and the portal opens on your site's home. If you belong to more than one company or site, use the context switcher at the top of the sidebar to pick the one you want to work on.
Management Areas
The sidebar groups your site's features into areas. What you see depends on your role and which features the site has enabled:
My Company
- Profile — Company details
- Site Requests — Submit and track development requests
- Billing — Subscription and payment details
- Access Control — User access management
- Domains — Custom domain management
Site
- Overview — The site's status at a glance
- Dashboard — Traffic and engagement analytics
- Inbox — Contact messages, form responses, and other inbound items
- Version History — Releases, comparisons, and rollbacks
- Settings — Site configuration
SEO
- Configuration — Manage search optimization
- GEO Score, Keyword Trends, Trending Topics, Content Tips — SEO analytics and content suggestions
Content
- Pages — View and manage site pages, and open the visual editor to edit page text
- Assets — Upload and manage images
- Announcements — Site-wide banner announcements
- Social Posts — The social publishing ledger
Sites with the Revenue feature also get Operations, Financial, and Marketing areas — see Revenue Overview.
Deployment Status
Deployments show a status badge:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued | Deployment is waiting to start |
| Deploying | Deployment in progress |
| Deployed | Deployment finished successfully |
| Failed | Deployment failed |
| Cancelled | Deployment was cancelled |
Production vs. Pending Changes
DCS tracks a Production version (what visitors see) and a Development version that accumulates pending changes — text edits, content updates, and completed request work — until you publish a release. See Releases & Version History.
