Portal Overview
The DCS Portal is your central hub for managing websites on the Duff Cloud Services platform. This guide covers everything you need to know to effectively manage your sites.
Accessing the Portal
Navigate to portal.duffcloudservices.com and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Dashboard
After signing in, you'll see your dashboard with:
- Your Sites — Quick access to sites you manage
- Recent Activity — Latest changes across your sites
- Pending Requests — Development requests awaiting action
- Quick Stats — Overview of site performance
Navigation
The portal is organized into these main sections:

Site Owner/Admin
- Full access to site content and settings
- Submit and approve development requests
- Manage SEO and blog content
- View analytics
Editor
- Edit text content and SEO
- Manage blog posts
- View analytics
- Cannot submit development requests
Viewer
- Read-only access to content
- View analytics
- Cannot make changes
