Accept Payments with Stripe

DCS sites with the revenue add-on enabled collect payments through Stripe. When a customer pays — for a booking, a service, or a subscription — the charge and the payout run on Stripe's infrastructure, and the transaction is recorded in the portal's Revenue workspace so you can see exactly what money moved.

This page is a quick orientation. For the full tour of the workspace, see the Revenue Overview.

How it works

  1. Payments run through Stripe Connect. Transactions and payouts are processed on Stripe's infrastructure, so card handling and settlement are managed by Stripe.
  2. Customers pay when they book or buy. A payment is tied to the service, booking, or subscription it belongs to.
  3. Every payment is recorded. Charges appear in the Revenue workspace under Transactions, alongside the Customer who paid.
  4. Track the money at a glance. The Revenue Overview dashboard summarizes performance and surfaces recent transactions so you can see how the business is doing.

What you can sell

With payments enabled, the Revenue workspace lets you take money for:

  • Services — one-off offerings customers book or buy.
  • Bookings — appointments scheduled against your calendar.
  • Subscriptions — recurring plans.
  • Promotions — discounts and offers applied at checkout.

Is this available on my site?

Payments are part of the revenue add-on, which appears only on sites where it is enabled. If you do not see a Revenue area in your portal, revenue features are not turned on for that site yet. Contact us through the portal to enable them.
